- In 48 hours the product is ready, quality-checked and packaged.
- We ship the next day with tracking. You'll receive the code by email.
- You receive it in a few days, ready to use.
Customs and taxes
EU: no customs duties or extra taxes. The price you see is final.
Outside EU (UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, etc.): the package may be subject to local import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. We recommend checking your country's rules before ordering.
Packaging
Every FlipMood arrives in a 10×10×10 cm box with shaped inner cradle, trilingual info card and welcome postcard. Designed to be a small moment of discovery, for both child and family.
Wrong address or lost package?
If you entered a wrong address, write to us immediately at support@myflipmood.com — if the package hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it for free. For packages lost by the carrier, we open a claim immediately and resend the product at our cost.
