Changed your mind?

In line with European consumer rights legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without the need to justify the decision.

We go further: we offer 16 additional days of comfort guarantee, for a total of 30 days from delivery to think it over calmly.

How to return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery by writing to support@myflipmood.com with your order number.
  2. You'll receive detailed instructions for the return within 24 working hours, including the return address.
  3. Ship the product in its original packaging, with all components (cube, 6 cards, info card, box).
  4. Once received and verified (max 5 working days), we proceed with the full refund of the product price.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of defective product or our error. In those cases, we cover everything.

Exceptions — customised products

In compliance with art. 59 lett. c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised. The following are therefore excluded:

Defective or damaged product

If your FlipMood arrives with manufacturing defects, transport damage or missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myflipmood.com.

Send us photos of the problem and we'll choose the best solution together: free replacement, repair or full refund, always at our expense.

Refund timing

The refund is made within 14 working days of receiving the returned product, on the same payment method used for the order. Actual crediting times depend on your bank or card circuit.

Legal warranty of conformity

All FlipMood products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty (EU Directive 1999/44/EC, transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 24/2002).

The warranty covers conformity defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to temperatures above 45°C, violent accidental impacts or normal product wear.
