The problem. Thousands of children with autism or language difficulties cannot communicate daily needs — hunger, thirst, tiredness, discomfort. Existing AAC solutions are often digital (apps), unobtrusive, or rigid boards that the child doesn't choose spontaneously.
The idea. FlipMood turns AAC into a physical object, beautiful, pocket-sized. 6 faces, 6 messages. A natural gesture — turning the cube — replaces the frustration of not being able to express oneself. The matte finish and premium materials make the child want to hold it, not for therapy, but for pleasure.
The company. FlipMood was founded by an Italian design team that chose custom production — a 48-hour turnaround — to ensure rigorous quality control in a market dominated by industrial mass production. Every cube is 3D printed, quality-checked and shipped directly to the customer worldwide.

Review samples
We send free samples to selected journalists and creators for independent reviews. Selection is based on:
- Topic relevance — publications or channels covering autism, parenting, inclusive design, educational products, sustainability.
- Real audience — we prefer quality over follower quantity.
- Honest timing — we only ask that the review be published within 60 days of receiving the sample.
